Breakroom is a booking and rewards app for our shop.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Information we collect
- Account: phone number, name, and email you provide at sign-up.
- Bookings: service, barber, date/time, and any notes you attach.
- Payments: processed by Square, Inc. Card numbers never touch our servers — Square returns a token we use to charge you.
Saved cards are stored inside your Square customer record and referenced by ID.
- Rewards: points earned and rewards redeemed per booking.
- Diagnostics: anonymous error logs (no user identifiers).
How we use it
- To book, modify, and cancel your appointments on Booksy (our shop's calendar).
- To charge for services you approve at checkout.
- To credit and redeem loyalty rewards.
- To contact you about your booking (SMS/email from our shop).
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Third-party processors
- Square — payments & card storage (privacy)
- Booksy — our shop's booking calendar (privacy)
- Supabase — encrypted database hosting our accounts + reward balances (privacy)
- Fly.io — our API hosting provider (privacy)
Your rights

Children
Breakroom is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
